Miracle Bath Acrylic Bath Systems, Inc. warrants acrylic tubliners, acrylic showerliners, acrylic wall surrounds and acrylic
accessories sold to residential buyers to be free from chipping, peeling, cracking or fading for as long as the buyer
owns the residence.
These guidelines expressly prohibit the use of any abrasive cleansers, and damage resulting from their use that would
not be covered under the terms of this warranty. Since any fixture, including a new one, can be chipped or scratched
by hard objects impacting the surface, we cannot warrant against this type of damage or any acts of God. In addition,
the following items or conditions could damage the acrylic surface and therefore void this warranty: damage resulting
from contact with dyes, paints, inks, certain cosmetics, or unapproved cleaning agents; drain cleaners, abrasive pads,
pigments, certain foods, paint remover, fingernail polish remover, solvents or other chemicals; cigarettes or other
sources of extreme heat; or damage resulting either directly from misuse or abuse, whether deliberate or
unintentional. The cause of any damage or defect shall be determined by Miracle Bath Acrylic Bath in its sole
discretion.
In the event of a legitimate failure of the acrylic surface under these terms, Miracle Bath Acrylic Bath reserves
the right to partially repair, completely replace, or provide a refund, whichever Miracle Bath Acrylic Bath deems
appropriate.
This warranty is in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied, and is, in fact, the only warranty in regard to
bathtub liners and wall surrounds offered by Miracle Bath In any event, Miracle Bath
Systems, Inc. shall be responsible only for repairs, replacement of tub liners or wall systems, or a refund not
to exceed the total amount paid for the tubliners or wall systems originally and will, in no way, be liable for
any losses, time expenses, attorney's fees, inconvenience, and/or incidental or consequential damages. The
residential buyer specifically waives the warranty for fitness for a particular purpose.

COMMERCIAL BUYERS
Miracle Bath warrants acrylic tubliners, acrylic showerliners, acrylic wall surrounds and acrylic
accessories sold to commercial buyers to be free from chipping, peeling, cracking or fading for a period of 2 years
from the date of installation.
These guidelines expressly prohibit the use of any abrasive cleansers, and damage resulting from their use that would
not be covered under the terms of this warranty. Since any fixture, including a new one, can be chipped or scratched
by hard objects impacting the surface, we cannot warrant against this type of damage or any acts of God. |
